I felt the quick project start and turnaround of the vehicle were excellent. Quality is good. It was the next morning after picking up the car that I discovered the quarters in my astray were pilfered by by someone at the Palm Springs shop. Likely about only $20 in coins, but the feeling of being violated and not knowing if other things were taken is why a 6. This is likely an ongoing problem your company has, hopefully it is something you’ll resolve. So would I return? Probably, but I’d certainly feel the need to be more careful about what I’d leave in the car with your crew.
