Not only did they repair the damages caused by the accident, but addressed some tiny things the car required---some air in the tires and 1 quart of oil. Not to mention how clean the car was. All small issues, but helped with the 10 rating.

They Took over 2 1/2 months…the repairs were not complete…. They lost my hood ornament and front license plate.I would not Recomend to my worst enemy… I was treated poorly

My car came out looking like new. They accommodated me and my busy schedule and had someone drive my car home, and waited for me late at their office for me to drop off the rental and pick up my car. I was surprised at their great service. Super impressed.

Everyone was very personable. Ruby at the front desk was always patient and would do her best to get information from the guys working on my car and relay it back to me. Hector is wonderful! Spent a lot of time on the phone with me, giving me status updates and explainations.
