Someone spilled a liquid on the driver side fender at Fix. I saw it when I got home. It washed off easily. But it's something your crew might want to check before releasing a car to the owner. Otherwise, excellent service!

My car was kept for repairs for almost three weeks. During that time, it is quite clear the engine was not run on a daily basis. The result was the battery ran down and finally had to be replaced.

I never got my metal coffee cup back that I left in the vegicle

A couple things.I left my metal coffee mug in the car and when I picked the car up,the mug was gone,never got it back. 2.I claimed damage to two tires but this wasn’t included in repair,which I believe shud have been,this is why we buy insurance. It’s been almost two weeks and I’ve called twice about a 150 tow bill that I was assured I shud recieve shortly.I still haven’t recieved it.I guess I’ll call again as I need this Timothy Dalessandro PA0021116442-01 Claim number Christine Breire-Adjuster Timothy Dalessandro
