The staff (Ruby/Rosa) are the best. I am sure the guys in the back are also as great! I had a bumpy start on getting 2025 parts, but things fell into place. (It was not an issue of Fix Auto.) The communication via telephone and text are customer service driven. My car is a 2025 and I was concerned about the repairs. I was lucky and everything was completed in one week. They coordinated with the rental car company it made it less stressful. There is a Life Time Warranty and that gave me more peace of mind. I am very picky about my car and I would recommend the Fix Auto of Palm Spring. Thank to everyone.

I was completely satisfied with the job that Fix Auto Collision did on my Genesis GV60. The communication from Ruby in the beginning was awesome and they kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car with text messages. The car was finished when promised and everything went great. There were a couple of issues but taken care of so easily and would definitely recommend Fix Auto to friends or family. I would definitely recommend fix auto collision for car repairs. I have a Genesis GV60 and they are qualified to work on EV's.

I had a great experience taking my car to fix Auto. They were qualified to fix EV's and very nice on the phone. They kept me informed during the whole process with text messages..
