My experience was excellent. The work appeared to excellent, and completed in a very timely manner. Rafael Mesa was especially helpful along with others at Fix Auto to estimate and complete the repairs and arrange transportation. I highly recommend this facility.

I was given a target date to be finished with my repair. Due to damaged on arrival equipment, there was a 1 week delay to my repair. I had to proactively call and get updates, very friendly staff. After calling, I found out my car was ready for pick up on a Friday. I was ready to pick up but was able to arrive around 6, the shop closes at 5 and was unwilling to stay for me to pick up. They closed on the weekend and Monday was a holiday, I wasn’t allowed to pick up til Tuesday. This caused 4 extra days of being billed for my rental. Once I picked up on Tuesday, my car still had a scratch from the accident and was asked to either leave it and get another rental or bring it back another day. The staff is very friendly but the quality control of the job and communication to the customer leaves a lot to be desired. I was not going to leave a review but have been sent review reminders almost daily since I picked up my vehicle.
