When I first visited your shop, Sebastian was quite difficult to converse with. Despite my attempts to be polite, he seemed a bit rude. However, I persisted in being friendly, and eventually, he warmed up to me. It shouldn’t be this challenging to find a customer service representative who is genuinely pleasant and friendly. Every time I spoke with Patricia (I’m not certain if that’s her name), the experience was consistently pleasant. She was incredibly kind, had a great attitude, and provided continuous updates about the car. She truly made this experience exceptional. When I picked up the car, Sebastian did extend a friendly greeting, which I appreciate. I chose to visit your shop because I had an amazing experience at the Montrose location. Customers should expect the same level of service at every location. Overall it was a great experience.
