Everything from the very beginning to the time I picked up my car was 100% perfect. Patricia was very helpful in getting me a prompt estimate. She was also helpful with expediting my rental car pick up. Her work was professional and flawless. I received several service updates regarding the process and progress of my car repairs. In addition, I called the shop in the morning to see if I could pick my car up earlier than expected. Raphael went above and beyond and had a driver go and pick up the last part needed for my car. His assistance allowed me to get my car at an earlier time which was crucial for my work. When I arrived to pick up my car, the repair was perfect, my car was clean, and even the inside had a slightly refreshed scent. I was and am 100% happy. Honestly, as I got into my car, Patricia and Raphael simultaneously waved goodbye to me. They were both FANTASTIC!!! If I had a team for anything…. I’d want both of them on my team. Thank you .🌻🌻🌻
