I was rearended, they replaced my rear bumper but forgot the parking sensors. last week when I picked up my car they promised to order the part they have forgot and install it on this Monday, but now is Tuesday.

Great job everyone! From our geico rep, Darren, to enterprise rep, Jay, Amanda at desk and all the guys who made our car good again! I got a lot of text updates, which I found to be somewhere between annoying and silly. But then on Tuesday i got a message says g the car was finished. Great, I thought, and texted back to ask when I could pick it up, and was told Wednesday. So I thought it was odd to be informed it was "done" a day ahead of picking up, but whatever. Then it wasn't actually ready to be picked up till Thursday. Then when we got there, we had to wait around while it was actually truly finished. Sooo...maybe try harder to give a truly accurate pick up time, and spend less energy on the cutesy messages and photos.
