Excellent experience, my car looked good as new when it was finished, and I appreciate all the extra things that were done to make the car look nice (it looked like it was cleaned inside and out and the tires were shined). The woman at the front desk that was there when I dropped my car off and picked it up, Patricia, was kind, efficient, and professional. She was thorough in walking me through the process and making sure I understood everything and made me feel very comfortable about the whole experience. She is a great representative for your company. The shop workers also did excellent work, I couldn’t be happier with it.

It was a job well done, I chose this place for a reason because they are Tesla certified and I didn't regret it. In terms of the duration of time for repair they under-promised and over delivered. Would recommend, especially for Tesla owners.

After the vehicle repair, a low-frequency abnormal noise has been present that did not exist prior to the accident. The noise is more noticeable on smooth road surfaces, is significantly louder when turning left than when turning right, and is most pronounced at speeds between 50 and 60 mph. This condition suggests a remaining mechanical or alignment-related issue and has not been resolved by the repair. I am concerned about both the repair quality and the safety of the vehicle and request a further inspection and correction.

Patricia has been a blessing. Buddy (my Tesla model s) had body / frame damages. They fixed her within a month (Seattle Tesla certified quoted me 2-3 months). Anytime I’m curious of the status, I’d call them and either Patricia or another colleague would always pick up with limited / no waiting time / holds. Picked up the car and I swear the paint / shine was so much better. Overall I had a lit af experience and would recommend all Tesla peeps to get repairs at Fix Auto Pasadena. Thank you again for fixing my car. Super commuter Seattle / Anaheim. So excited to drive again :)
