First off, kudos to Kyle Troutman for consistently following up on progress. My issue was with being told on a Thursday that my car was ready, but a $500 discrepancy between Allstate resulted in the car being retained until settled. That’s not my issue and as a result I ended up having to pay for a rental car an additional 4 days. I was trusted to drive a $73,000 car off the lot, but not to take it home while the pettiness of Allstate protocol were worked out. I should NOT have had that rental car for an additional 4 days.

Kyle is amazing. The sweetest, most kind and caring person I have ever met. He not only cared about getting my car fixed in a timely manner but he also cared about me/my injuries from the accident. I've never encountered an employee like him before. He made a horrible situation so easy and stress free. I'm very grateful to him!

Kyle did a very good job with my Cadillac repairs I got the car back in like new condition and he even helped me out with my other parties insurance making sure I didn’t drive away because of the damage on my vehicle he made sure I was able to get a rental that same day to be safe. Thank you

Tried to give me a old headlight and didn't repair the damage. Very lazy and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this to my enemies. Just terrible service and work.
