Door and adjacent rocker panel repaired well. Other associated damage not addressed.

Cursory initial evaluation. Inspector dismissed my observations about causes of initial damage, specifically damage to door latch area on door frame and damage to rear hatch from force of side impact. Had worked fine before accident. When I communicated this to my insurance agent, I was told not to worry as a more detailed estimate would be forthcoming after more detailed examination by Fix Auto. Nothing beyond the initial assessment was addressed. Only part of repar (door and rocker panel) fixed by this shop. Remainder done at my own mechanic at my expense prior to work at Fix Auto.
