I need to come back, my car on the passenger door the metal molding strip near the bottom of the passenger door is missing. I know it was there before I brought the car in.

Fantastic service and experience here! Gerardo was so helpful in making the process smooth and explaining everything to me each step of the way. He spent time following up on progress with my repair and even allowed me to keep my car at the facility while I was traveling. Mathew was very responsive in helping me obtain documents. They absolutely went above and beyond. My car came back clean, and with no evidence I had been hit whatsoever. They kept me informed, and pivoted as needed when further issues were uncovered. I wish they did more than just collision work, I would have them be my regular maintenance shop if I could because of the trust they built during the whole process.

There were multiple issues with the repair that was done to my vehicle. The wheel well was put together so the felt was inside of the metal panel, showing paint where none was shown before. The door that was replaced is misaligned slightly. The plastic paneling on the handle is no longer flush and pops out easily while also being misaligned. There are also tool marks that damaged the fabric on my dash. I'm disappointed with the clear lack of quality in my repair.

I was told I could come in for an inspection and estimate prior to receiving confirmation on insurance. After arriving I was told it would only be a visual inspection. When issues were brought up with repair quality, I got the equivalent of a shrug. The only reason this isn't a 1 is because of the ease of transfer for my rental.
