Absolutely not. I also question if I will return to Mark Kia for service appointments as they partner exclusively with Fix Auto and recommend that shop.

Had to bring the car to another body shop because there were so many things wrong that they didn’t “notice” before releasing the vehicle, and then they wouldn’t return my call or call to schedule an appt to fix the issues. It got to the point where I found something new almost every day and even if they had called to schedule, I lost all confidence in their decisions and the craftsmanship quality was so low that I was concerned there were additional issues they failed to notice.

Communication between the team and I was confusing as it appeared that members of the team weren’t all on the same page regarding repair status and timeline. Then when I reached out to discuss these issues I wasn’t contacted by the individual in charge of the repairs and no one reached out to make an appointment to fix the problems they missed despite being requested by insurance agent. I was also charged a 3% fee for using a credit card to pay my deductible though I was not at fault for the accident. My insurance will not reimburse me for the fee charged by your shop and I feel I should not be charged.
