The car was returned to me in horrible condition. The rear trunk was not fastened back in place.Moldings hanging off the car. Where the quarter panel was refastened to the door jam is all ripply. While driving the car on the highway, the steering wheel is not straight, and I am sure it's not tracking properly. Now i'm stuck with a car that couldn't be repaired.And have to pay ridiculous lease payments. Overall, the whole experience has been horrible between chubb and culter cadillac.

Very satisfied. Kyle was thorough and responsive. Estimate was very reasonable and came in on budget. work was finished quickly more than a week sooner than the the date I was given. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto and use them again.

Misquoted a main part by over $600. The person who hit my car did not want to run it through insurance so this was a big deal. Then they told the person paying for it that it migh be more because the camera was not working after reassembling but it worked fine after the accident and was working fine when we dropped it off.
