Joe Hernandez's people/communication skills need much improvement. The relationship started off shaky. I dropped my truck off on a Monday with the promise from Joe that he would call me Tuesday with details. I received no call but I called him Wednesday morning and was told he was in a meeting. He did not call back, so I came to the shop roughly around 2:30 and was told he was out of the office. After being a bit more demanding, he came up front where I questioned him regarding updated me with a timeline. Because of his indirect answers, I threatened to take my business elsewhere and demanded to speak with a manager. He went to the back, then returned without a manager and asked if he makeup for the miscommunication. I agreed to give him a try.

My experience was great. Front office personnel very sweet, charasmatic and just simply a happy person. She didn't make me feel like a transaction. I was impressed about the care in communication my car was in for a few weeks. I was given updates about every step. It was actually done before expected date I was very pleased as I was planning to be out of town. Best of all my car looks brand new .It's like resetting the external clock. Overall I was very happy with the process and results. Definitely recommend.
