My experience was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way during the repair process which I have never experienced before. Everything was completed five days ahead of schedule! The staff was very courteous and professional. I didn’t feel as if I was just another person getting my car repaired! I would recommend Fix Auto Sky Harbor to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.

Repairs were great, my only issue was we were told they car would be ready by beginning of December then it moved back each week, week over week until we repairs were complete which was on January 10th. Our rental was only coveres til beginning of December so we were struggling to plan ahead with repair expectation failing to meet dates provided by repair shop. Otherwise car is fully functioning and like new again, we do appreciate travelers suport and fix auto for the repairs. We are happy overall and satisfied!
