I was so impressed that they set up my car rental and returned it, too! It was a challenging experience, but the caring and support I received through Fix Auto made it more tolerable. The repairs themselves were top notch, as well as the communication in keeping me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. The ONLY gripe I would have (and why it isn't a 10 across the board) is that I was given I believe a total of 7 "end" dates for my car. Would have preferred to receive a date that was your guys latest possible projection, and if anything, receive my car earlier than that date as opposed to being told, "okay this Friday, no next Friday, no the next Friday, then the next Tuesday, Friday, etc". It did get a little aggravating. But overall great customer service and incredible job on the repairs! Thanks so much!
