My overall experience was extremely pleasant. They communicated with me every step of the way and updated me with both text messages AND phone calls. Their front desk and receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) is extremely sweet. They went out of their way to pay $150 from my deductible because my insurance didn’t provide me a rental for the time of my repair. I would definitely be back for any future repairs.

The costumer service at this establishment went above and beyond my expectations. The communication was top tier, they always contacted me through text and phone calls when the repairs regarding my vehicle were taking longer than expected which I appreciated. They helped me get situated with a rental as well and they made that experience as smooth as possible for me and my grandfather which was such a relief. The repairs to my vehicle were amazing, I am very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you to everyone who played a part in fixing my car. Hopefully I won't have to come back there any time soon, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.
