Absolutely awful experience. I took my car here after an accident because they work with my insurance provider. They fixed the visual damage on the door, sure, but the vehicle now makes a clunking noise constantly while driving that makes it sound like the car is going to fall apart at any second, something it did not even do while leaving the scene of the accident. They then told me they couldn’t figure out why it was making that noise even though it was something they had worked on. I was told I would be referred to a mechanic but after a week of waiting and calling everyday for an update, they still have not made any progress on setting that up. The tire that was affected by the accident was losing air to the point where I had to fill up that tire 3 times the weekend following pickup. When I let the shop know about this, they sent me to an independent tire shop where I had to pay out of pocket for a new tire that should have been covered by my insurance. They charged me out of pocket for additional repairs that they told me would not be covered by my insurance in order to do a proper alignment on my car - however, the car now pulls worse than it did before the alignment. Would not recommend going to this careless, money-grabbing shop under any circumstance.
