They took too long to finish car, was recommended by family, Honda was supposed to take a week and took over a month, plus was overcharged

I had a red Honda emblem in my glove box ,when I got my car back it was missing ,somebody stole my emblem the 2 months my car was at the shop, plus I didn't get my wheel alignment that was quoted in the price

Still don't have the Accord emblem or call back to fix a paint quality issue. Over spray in several places.

My catalytic converters were stolen and it took me 2-3 weeks of dealing with this shop to get them fixed because it was not done properly the first time. I was then told multiple times that my car would be ready by a certain day, which it wasn’t. If my car was properly repaired the first time I would have given 10 stars because of how fast and easy it was. Another thing to note is that when it comes to catalytic converters, this shop does not do the work themselves. They bring the car to another shop down the road to get the work done and then bring it back here.

The repair seemed to have taken a long time. We did not get updates unless we called. I received a voicemail to go pick up the van saying it was ready, but when I got there, it turned out to be a different van. Ours was not ready yet.
