This is the second time my car needed repair and care from Fix Auto. The entire experience and interaction with the team was excellent. The coordination with insurance was smooth and the daily communications and updates while the car was being serviced was very appreciated. I am very satisfied that the glass part used was an OEM part. The workmanship was clean and done well. In fact, my car was returned in cleaner and better condition than it arrived. Only complaint is that I was not told that both roof and rear racks would have to be removed, and had to drive 45min. each way to drop off a second key for the rack.
