The 1-2 week repair turned into a 5-6 week repair. I did not have insurance to cover a rental car, and I had to keep extending that. Even when I was told it would be done on the last day, it was still not actually done until the next day. I work 30 miles from my home and took my husbands vehicle the last day, and he was called into work and had to walk to work, about 3 miles, in the rain. I took work off early so I could pick him up. It was quite inconvenient! I would have much rather been told it would be approximately 6 weeks and then been told if it was done early. I may have been able to borrow a car from family, rather than extending a rental car. The repair was fine and they did keep me up to date regarding the repairs via text, which was nice.

The repair is fine. The outside looks good. I hear a light wind sound I didn’t have before when I drive at highway speeds so not sure if it’s solid. There are 2 black spots on my seat/ interior that I don’t remember being there. But it’s repaired.

It just took longer because of the supply company that you're using. Apparently, several parts were ordered correctly, and the company would send the wrong parts.

There is a paint chip on the passenger A frame from where the hood hit that was never corrected and the passenger quarter panel trim keeps popping off from the seam
