Jules was wonderful to work with. She explained the whole process to us even warning us that our insurance company may total the car, which they did not do, thankfully. The repairs were made quickly and efficiently and we were updated frequently via text. We would highly recommend Fix Auto for any auto body repair.

Julia and her team were above expectations. I did not think my truck would be started before the end of July (the shop is that busy) and while on vacation, I started getting updates on the status. What a pleasant surprise! The truck was 95% complete when I came home. That was awesome! Thanks Julia and crew!

Fantastic body work and paint, very professional employees, couldn’t believe how well they matched the paint for an older truck. But having being in a front end accident I assumed the truck would have been driven prior to my pick up. It hadn’t. I’m having to open my insurance claim again because the truck shimmy’s from the front end and pulls to the right. I just had new tires put on with an alignment, (Les Schwab) drove like a dream before the accident. A test drive would have noticed this, just down to the next exit even would have felt this shake and pull. By all means absolutely fantastic management, body shop, mechanics. I love this truck and hate to lose it even for a day again but looks as though I may be.
