FIX AUTO did an excellent job replacing my 13yr old car's front fender with after market parts (new ones aren't available) and matching the paint. It was difficult because my paint is 13yrs old and faded. They kept me updated on progress and went the extra mile to wash the car and put air in my tires. I'm very happy with the results.

Fix auto did an excellent repair on our Lexus! Buddy, the customer service person who handled our vehicle repair was very helpful and on top of things along the way. He was polite and knowledgeable and kept us informed about where things were. And Vickie, the front desk person was also very friendly, polite and helpful ! We highly recommend this company!

It is the people who represent a company that can make the experience great or not. You have amazing employees that made my experience exceptional. I want to call out Bryant Wells specifically because he kept me up to date with everything going on with my car without me ever having to ask for an update. His level of communication and customer service skills are top notch. These are soft skills that are not easily trained.
