Only rated is a nine because of some confusion on communicating the pick up day. I understood it would be Monday, but the car wasn’t ready until Tuesday. In addition, Mercury Ins. subsequently called me to say the car had been ready the previous Friday, but since I didn’t pick it up until Tuesday, they wanted to charge me for the extra four days of rental car. All was ironed out, but it’s an opportunity for improvement.

Fix Auto took very detailed care in repairing my vehicle. Although the repairs took a bit longer then I anticipated the end result seems to be very well done with great care. I also received continuous updates from my adviser Buddy who kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.
