Fix Auto was on top of everything from the very beginning. Their customer service was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond, from checking in on me and guiding me through the process of working with the insurance agents, to greeting me kindly and answering all of my questions, to the repair specialist keeping me updated every 2 days, to their amazing attitudes. They even drove me home! I honestly had the greatest experience from start to finish!

I would say 10 but unfortunately the calibration was not returned to original settings (ie the calibration is off, changing the all around view so the image has lines and you can see the tires). Other than that it was a positive experience and they over delivered in estimated time as to when it was going to be fixed and did a great job fixing the original issue.
