Person handling my account was polite and courteous but caused some confusion emailing and messaging that my car was ready but it was not. Also my insurance was told it was ready and was urging me to pick it up and return my rent a car. Other than that it was great. Very informative and communicated the whole way through the entire process.

I would provide a 10 because Matthew was great - but there is an issue with my front side view cameras that did not exist prior to me bringing in the car for repair. Mathew is aware of this and is supposed to be communicating this issue to my insurance - but I have yet to be notified on this.
