The repair work looks great. I’m 10/10 satisfied with that part. The part that could use some improvement was keeping me informed of the timeline. It was initially supposed to be completed pretty quickly but the part you needed was taking longer to ship to you. That’s outside of your control, but it would have been nice to keep my car for those two weeks and still be able to drive it instead of having it sit at your location without being worked on. Overall, I’m happy with work.
