Great work and wonderful communication. The replaced my passenger side mirror for a very reasonable price, and it came out looking perfect and better then my drivers side mirror! There were only two down sides but neither were Fix Auto Rocklins fault. The vendor delivered the incorrect parts which caused the repair to take longer but they got it corrected as quickly as their operating hours allowed, and my car had an unrelated issue when I picked it up. What I thought was the blower and heating dying was actually the thermostat going out and an oil cooler leak. I noticed the steam/smoke was worse when I picked it up (build up that hadn't burnt off while she sat for awhile and the leak accumulated) I had previously noticed a tiny little bit of steam/smoke but only when I ran the blower. Fix Auto was amazing and immediately found someone out to take a look. Diego and Eric helped me locate the likely issues and Eric referred me to a close by, trusted, mechanic who could preform the work they couldn't. Even that additional set back was a good experience and I plan to continue going to both Fix Auto Rocklin and the referral for my vehicle needs and improvements as long as they continue to be this good! Thank you to both Diego and Eric as well as any team members who assisted me with my questions and who worked on my vehicle!
