The specific areas that were repaired came out perfectly. Unfortunately, there was some overspray on the side glass and on portions of the gloss black window trim that had to be removed with a light polishing compound.

There was a bit of miscommunication prior to getting the car in for repairs, but once it got in there, the front office staff was superb at making sure I knew the progress of the repairs.

Everything was just about perfect! A cleaner of some sort was used on the touch screen inside the vehicle that has left a bad film. I imagine it will come off so I'm not too worried. Other than that, my experience was wonderful- from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my car.
