Very friendly and very nice. I did have a problem with her first appointment. Rescheduled three weeks prior to bring our car in so I called the day before to confirm. I had to rearrange two doctors appointments to bring the car in that day. When I called they said oh we don’t have the parts. It was very upsetting because no one had called me and the reason for not calling me they said they were very busy. I’m taking the car in two weeks later and steal all the parts were not available
