Thank you so much to Fix Auto-San Mateo. They were able to help fix my car within a week and a half. They were so helpful as well. I was rear ended leaving my car with a hanging exhaust pipe, dented door, and crashed rear bumper that left me worried since I would drive the car often for work. However, Fix Auto-San Mateo were able to help me fix my car and were so wonderful throughout the process. They even assisted with coordinating for my rental car and helping getting it safely returned after so I didn't have to go to multiple places to pick and drop off my car. They always kept me updated and informed of the current progress or if there were any changes. Marga and Jake were so amazing and wonderful throughout this whole experience. You can tell Marga is takes pride and loves her work. Really appreciate all the hard work this team and shop has done. Would come back if I needed a car fixed, hope I don't need them though.

I took my car to Auto Fix recently and I really liked their costumer service it was Really easy to comunícate with them witch is always a plus ,nice and clear comunícation, loved the great work and they really did their best at trying to have my car as fast as posible with all the delays going on in orders and chipments everywhere they still worked hard and managed to have my car on time.

Fix Auto San Mateo treated me like a valued customer. They were up front with pricing and the amount of time required to complete the repairs. Jake and Ken were my contact people and they are friendly and efficient. They communicated clearly with me and State Farm my insurance company. The Fix Team did a great job on the repairs to my car which included a replacement of my driver’s side rear view mirror, replacement of my front grill and resurfacing of my headlights. The resurfacing really helps with the output if light. Also, they cleaned the surfacing in my car and returned it to me in much better condition that I have left it. Thank you.
