Good morning, I was very nervous when I came in to have my car repaired. I had three accidents that needed to be handled. I was assured that they will be able to organize the repairs to my satisfaction. I am 83 years old and I was treated with respect and patience, explaining everything to me so I would have a full understanding of what was going to be done regarding the repairs. Again, time and patience was given to me after the comply of the work so I would have full understanding of the repairs done and the warranty. The care that was given to me was greatly appreciated. I appreciate how quickly you guys got to work on my truck I would get messages from my Tacoma saying my doors or hood is open and I felt good knowing you guys were working hard to get me my vehicle back to me, and I appreciate the clear communication on deadlines or if a part pushed the deadline back, thank you guys I will definitely be coming back if needed ( hopefully not)
