My car’s rear view camera was not working upon leaving the shop. I called to state as much and was told over the phone that everything was working. I was treated like I was lying. Due to not having the rear view camera working light damage was caused to my car. I asked what could be done to aid in repairing the damages due to my car not being fully operational when it was given to me and I was told they needed to reach out to their manager. That I would receive a response that day. I never received a response and when I called they said they had not heard back. I find it incredibly difficult to believe that a shop manager would not hear back from their direct supervisor in a timely manner. Throughout this process I have been made to feel like I was to blame for the camera not working and only after it was proven that they did not set up my car properly did they treat me differently. After the the camera was reset I was simply told “the camera is working so you can go”. Knowing clearly that there is new damage to my car due to them not providing me with a fully functioning vehicle.

The front desk lady was nice but the shop manager talked down to me in a rude manner. She seemed upset that I had even come back with my rear camera not working as if I had been the one that caused it.
