The door isn’t closing all the way they told me the car is done but there still missing three parts want me to come back even though I live 3 hours away

They told me my car was ready when they still need to repair three items. The door the needed to be fixed doesn’t close you need to give it a push. Drove 3 hours for nothing. But they cleaned the car and did well on that

Car was completed two days later after expected, but they did rush to complete it- after they changed the expected completion repair date 4 days later. (Dropped car off Friday, Supposed to be done Mon/tues. they called Monday saying it wouldn’t be done until Fri, but dt a medical procedure I was having, finished it late wed night).
