From the moment I dropped car off and met appraiser Ed, I felt comfortable entrusting my vehicle with Fix Auto Santee. Ed explained their process, handled all of the paperwork and communication with the other drivers insurance company, received all initial and supplemental approvals and I received updates while my vehicle was being repaired. I picked up my vehicle today, it looked great. They showed me and explained all items repaired and recalibrated. They even washed my vehicle, including tire dressing, it looked beautiful
