The customer service was wonderful! The repair “looks” good where the damages were. The repairs itself have not held up, fixed properly, or diagnosed & inspected properly. We brought the car home on a Tuesday. Saturday night, it rained. We Woke up to the car being flooded inside where the repairs were suppose to be made. We double checked to see if any windows, doors, sunroof were accidentally left open. They were not at all. This was never an issue before the car accident. I’m expecting this to be repaired the right way where there is no rain or water coming inside the car & the damage from the rain is repaired. I have left a voicemail & am waiting to hear back.
