Well, I can barely express the dissatisfaction I had with dealing with with your company. I’d love to tell you about it. You called me at 3:15 on Friday afternoon to tell me I could pick up my car by 5:30. Did you call earlier in the day or the day before so I could make arrangements no. I did drive over and I have to say the young man that told me I was in the wrong lane and needed to back up and drive here and there to get to the right side of the building was very very pleasant. I’m 77 years old and I use a cane. I was concerned about backing up the rental car through the other cars that were parked there. He offered to do it for me and was very very pleasant. I’d like to say the young lady working at a counter was also a delight and very helpful and offered water and very pleasant to talk to. However, they were not the ones that dealt with fixing my car. As I was waiting for someone to bring the car around, a man came in and said oh I didn’t know you were coming today. We haven’t detailed your car yet. Can you wait another 20 minutes or so. I said of course I can. So he detailed my car and then came to get me. On the way to the car he said oh by the way your car battery has been dead for several days. We’ve had to charge it just to move it from spot to spot to work on it. By now it’s almost 530. I’d looked at him and said you’re telling me you have my car for almost 10 days and batteries been dead and you could not walk over to Mark Kia and ask them about my battery or call me and say we’re sorry to tell you this, but your battery is dead and you cannot turn the car off once you’ve started it because it won’t start. No no one called me, no one texted me, I was just there at rush-hour traffic as it’s turning dark with a car that wouldn’t start. Why in the world could someone not have called me so that I could’ve gotten a battery installed while my car was at your place luckily I had no problem. Driving home, the car did not stall and I went straight home. I called Aaa and they gladly came over and sold me a new battery was I pleased with the service absolutely not.

The inside of the windows have been severely scratched up most likely by the detailer when they tried to clean the car. It looks like the windo tent has been ruined on the inside of the windows and possibly the window itself is scratched underneath even

Fixed auto was easy to work with and everyone was really nice. The transition to get a car rental was seamless and even easier to drop off to pick up the repaired vehicle. I was excited to see that not only did they repair the damage but did a car detailing on the inside and outside.
