EV dropped off with significant residual charge, well over 50%. EV returned to customer with less than 39% charge. EV should have been delivered with at least 50% charge remaining. Internal combustion engine vehicles are repaired and returned without as significant an amount of fuel consumption. The same should be true for EVs. There is obviously an EVSE on the premises, as the GM's personal vehicle is seen recharging in the parking lot.

Service was super friendly and made the repairs faster than expected. We took our vehicle in on Monday 8/11 and received a timeline for the repairs and cost within a day. The servicemen at Fix were extremely helpful and patient with us, even going above and beyond to help buff out a few small dents that were not within the main task scope.
