I won’t know until tomorrow when I see if the problems with the repair and the appearance of the vehicle are going to be rectified. Anyone can see how uneven the repair looks.

The service was ok. But the repair looks terrible. The difference in the gap surrounding the drivers headlight and the passenger side headlight is over an inch different. Just like it was when i I brought it in for repairs. There are two other spots on the front that look sloppy. This was not a big repair and should not look like a high school kid pieced it back together. I’m disappointed that the Mitsubishi dealership recommended this place. I’m bringing it in tomorrow to have it looked at, but shouldn’t have to.

The car is being dropped off today, 2/9 for some revision work. The right dent is still present, with a bit of overspray on the fende and paint beads on the edge where it meets the other panel. The paint on the left side has a “pooling” mark in the paint. The aft left tire that was replaced was the wrong one as my tires were rotated the day before and told to the advisor as well.
