I dealt with both Brian and JR while getting my KIA Sportage repaired. They were both very nice, helpful and professional. Brian particularly took several phone calls from me within a few minutes double checking on things and he got right back to me. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance process and reassured me about how it worked. My experience dealing with both was excellent and I would recommend this repair shop.

They missed a broken tail light, destroyed my dash ornament, left a greasy type film on all my windows, threw out important property (lost a crown the day off accident, tied into a rubber glove and they disposed of it and now i need a new one) door sticks and does not close all the way now i have to slam it shut to get it to close
