Left inside of my car dirty and dusty. Vacuuming and fixing the seat covers would have been courteous. The outside of my car had scratch-like marks. They did not go over what they fixed and what not.

After getting in my car at the shop, I had next to no gas when the car went to them with at least a quarter tank. I immediately had to go to the very nearest gas station in fear I would be stuff on the side of the road with no gas.
