I would like to know how my car was washed as it was polished before and when I got it back, I had a bunch of surface defect. Scratches to the clearcoat a few pretty deep. I spent Saturday night re-polishing my paint. I have videos of it before.

Took too long, altho I realize a lot of that was a parts receipt issue, not Fix directly. But with the completion date pushed back several times it got frustrating. I was assured it would be done Thursday the 8th so we turned in the rental car the 6th. Then it took another week. When first estimate was 5 days, and it turns into 34, that's frustrating. And we were notified Tuesday the 14th too late for us to come get it that day. I did love the text updates
