I’ve had my Mercedes repaired here twice now and both experiences were great. As a Mercedes certified shop they clearly know what they’re doing. There are plenty of certified shops closer to me, but I chose to make the longer drive to them, and they didn’t let me down. Johnny did fantastic work on the repair and got it done almost a week early, and Jenny at the front desk made everything easy. Super responsive and the communication was smooth from start to finish. These are people I genuinely trust with my car. I’m really glad I found this place. Highly recommend.

this will be what i’ll be writing for my yelp review- I recently had my Tesla repaired at Fix Auto Temple City after another driver sideswiped my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I chose Fix Auto because they are Tesla-certified, and from the very beginning, I knew my car was in good hands. My adjuster, Chi, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated on everything, including the repair progress, parts orders, parts arrivals, and each step that was needed to get my car back to its original condition. The estimated completion date was June 9th, but I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me on June 1st letting me know my car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. I missed my car so much while it was being repaired, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was completely blown away. My Tesla looked brand new. The door that had to be replaced matched perfectly—you would never be able to tell it had been replaced. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. As an added bonus, they washed and cleaned my car, and it looked spotless inside and out. It even smelled great when I got in. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the level of customer service I received. A huge thank you to Chi and the entire team at Fix Auto Temple City for taking such great care of my car. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family and would not hesitate to return if I ever need repairs in the future.
