this will be what i’ll be writing for my yelp review- I recently had my Tesla repaired at Fix Auto Temple City after another driver sideswiped my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I chose Fix Auto because they are Tesla-certified, and from the very beginning, I knew my car was in good hands. My adjuster, Chi, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated on everything, including the repair progress, parts orders, parts arrivals, and each step that was needed to get my car back to its original condition. The estimated completion date was June 9th, but I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me on June 1st letting me know my car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. I missed my car so much while it was being repaired, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was completely blown away. My Tesla looked brand new. The door that had to be replaced matched perfectly—you would never be able to tell it had been replaced. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. As an added bonus, they washed and cleaned my car, and it looked spotless inside and out. It even smelled great when I got in. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the level of customer service I received. A huge thank you to Chi and the entire team at Fix Auto Temple City for taking such great care of my car. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family and would not hesitate to return if I ever need repairs in the future.

Wasn’t able to get my car back for two weeks but they assured me that the part was delayed and that the car would be fixed posthaste. I was given updates and the car looks great. Thanks, team 👍

The staff has been very helpful & attentive from day one when I brought my car in. I have been given a step by step update of the repair status via text message, which was really nice. The best news was saved for last , it only took 4 days to get my car fixed when I was expecting a 10-day repair period! This will be my preferred auto repair shop for my car from now on. Great job Fix Auto Temple City!
