I would like to say that my experience with fix auto Vallejo was excellent from the time I arrived and explain my situation and working through my insurance company to come to a resolution of how to get my vehicle fixed to the appointment as well as the Linda time it took for them to repair was done with the utmost care. They were very pleasant The shop was very clean and the repairs were done and the length of time that they said it would be done in fact I think they even completed before their time they had told me but they kept me with an update on what was going on and I even got a car wash at the end of it I would highly recommend if you need your car repaired to check fixed auto Vallejo out I give it a 10 in rating

I found that fix auto and collision repair shop to be an amazing place to visit or to have your work done at they're very pleasant polite and the work was done in a what I consider rapid time. It was clean had parking space and it only took 3 to 4 days to have my work completed although it was a a small job but still it was done in a very satisfying timeline.

Having to bring your vehicle to a body shop is traditionally not on your favorite to do list. Usually means your vehicle is not looking its best. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with care. They take the time to walk you through the estimate and process. Keep you updated during the entire process and should schedule change, you are notified right away. When you pick up the vehicle, they do a walk around and explain what was done and ensure you are pleased with the work. As someone who worked in this industry, the quality of work, matching and blending of the paint is excellent. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I should will definitely contact Fix.

From the moment you walk thru the doors, you will notice the care and customer centered support Fix offers. They listen to your story, ask questions about the situation that brought you in and walk you through the whole process. The team of estimaters do a solid preliminary inspection of the damages, while explaining the process and specifics they believe will be performed. Obviously there could be more to the situation once they get the vehicle into the shop and start the work and if that is the case, they reach out and give you full disclosure. The team at Fix ensure you are kept well informed regarding the work, any changes, discoveries or even delays. They provide you with an eta for when they feel the work will be completed and you can pick up your vehicle and they keep you updated while performing the work. Once the work is performed, they walk the vehicle with you to ensure the work was done properly and meets your expectations answering any questions you might have. The quality of the work is top notch and you can see the level of expertise of the shop in the details. I hope to never have the need for Fix again, but should one of my vehicles require bodyrepair work, I will not hesitate to engage them.
