Raul is an absolute GOD SEND! When my own insurance company was trying to swindle me into paying my deductible, he had me do some further investigation into my policy. And then there it was on black and white, I had a deductible waiver! He followed up with me and my insurance, he’s extremely kind and trustworthy.

I was having issues getting a hold of somebody from the insurance company about my vehicle repairs. I spoke to Raul from the Collision Clinic; I forwarded him the insurance information and within a few days I received a call back from Raul. He told me everything was in place for the repairs to begin. Kudos to Raul for going above and beyond! After dropping off the vehicle he assured me it would be taken care of in a timely manner. I was surprised when I received a call a week and a half later that my vehicle was ready. It looked amazing, I was very pleased with the results. The workmanship, expertise, and prompt service to the customer is definitely what makes The Collision Clinic stand out from the rest. I will continue using them when needed and truly recommend.
