From the moment I dropped off my vehicle until the day I picked it up, she handled everything with professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care. After my car was repaired, Linda took the time to explain the work that had been completed and reassured me that it was repaired to Tesla’s standards. As a father, my biggest concern was making sure my daughter would be safe driving the car again, and Linda gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. She also explained that the repairs are backed by a lifetime warranty, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. Linda went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her customer service, honesty, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience completely worry-free. I feel satisfied with the work that was completed for the value, but it was just unfortunate that the communication was near nonexistent. I would recommend it but I would also share that aspect of the experience because the wait time started to be an inconvenience after a certain timeline was communicated at drop off

One of the best parts of their service was the repair update photos. They were extremely helpful, allowing us to see exactly where we were in the process and what specific work was being done by the team. On top of the excellent repair communication, they also made coordinating the rental car seamless and stress-free. The shop itself is clean, modern, and highly professional.
