I was completely satisfied with FixAuto Warm Springs: for service, quality and timeliness. This was a very difficult situation where the owner was in Seattle while the car repair work was in Warm Spring, Ca. Yet the Performance Manager, Linda Ugarte, made everything seem easy. The process involved working with multiple suppliers, the insurance company, and of course, myself (the car owner), to move things along. I wasn't aware of any snags or problems as Linda tirelessly and always in a friendly and helpful manner, kept everyone and everything moving forward. A really incredible customer service touch was when Linda picked me up from the San Jose airport and personally drove me to the Fix Auto facility to pick up the completed Mustang. I can't say enough about Linda's customer service ethic! The entire FixAuto was amazing!
