My experience with Fix Auto on Warm Springs Ct. in Fremont was outstanding. I read reviews about them when I needed to find a Tesla Approved body shop after someone hit my brand new Model 3 on the right side. Linda Ugarte was my first contact with Fix Auto and continued to be if I had any questions. Her name came up in many reviews. She was kind, knowledgeable and organized in helping me work through the insurance process and kept me informed of the progress on my car. The technicians definitely know their craft! My car looked like nothing happened to it. I highly recommend this particular shop if you need body work done if you have been in an accident. They made a stressful situation less so

Linda is amazing! She always puts herself in the customer's shoes and goes above and beyond to solve their problems. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Linda explained everything clearly, from how and when to deliver my car to the body shop to navigating the insurance process and the expected timeline for repairs. Fixing a car, especially a Tesla, can take a long time due to the involvement of the Tesla Service Center. Despite this, Linda provided daily updates, helping me stay informed and manage my expectations. When I picked up my car, it was like new! They even gave it a complimentary detailed cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the experience!
