Linda is amazing! She always puts herself in the customer's shoes and goes above and beyond to solve their problems. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Linda explained everything clearly, from how and when to deliver my car to the body shop to navigating the insurance process and the expected timeline for repairs. Fixing a car, especially a Tesla, can take a long time due to the involvement of the Tesla Service Center. Despite this, Linda provided daily updates, helping me stay informed and manage my expectations. When I picked up my car, it was like new! They even gave it a complimentary detailed cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Repair was done perfectly, however they damaged the dash of my truck. My truck has a leather dash, and it's only to be cleaned with a damp towel, no cleaning products. Fix auto used a cleaning product without my permission. I sent them pictures of my truck showing the damaged dash the following morning. The manager said they didn't cause the damage, saying it was wear and tear, basically saying it was my fault. I didn't cause the damage, I didn't ask them to clean the dash . I told them they caused the damage, and they're responsible for the repairs. I have contacted an attorney to help resolve this issue.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Priscilla kept me in the loop every step of the way and very satisfied with the work that was done to my car. They even gave an extra touch by having it car detailed in and out!
